Refund Policy

Refund & Ticket Policy

Thank you for booking your tickets for Kirtan Reimagined.

Please read the following policy before completing your purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

All tickets purchased for Kirtan Reimagined are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Please ensure your availability before booking.

2. Ticket Transfer

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. The ticket QR code will remain valid for entry, subject to the event’s terms and venue policies.

3. Event Postponement

If the event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, all purchased tickets will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds will not be issued in case of postponement.

4. Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled by the organiser and is not rescheduled, the ticket amount will be refunded. Any convenience fee, payment gateway charges, taxes, or platform fees charged by third-party service providers may remain non-refundable, as per their respective policies.

5. Admission

Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket. The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or violates venue regulations.

6. Programme Changes

The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, venue, seating arrangement, or programme if required due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Photography & Recording

The event may be photographed or recorded for promotional and archival purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in event-related content without additional compensation.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Ticket Policy.
