MANTHAN CIRCLE — REFUND POLICY

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds are processed based on the cancellation date relative to the event date. The refund amount depends on how far in advance you cancel.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

1. Email your refund request to [your email] with:

• Your name
• Ticket confirmation number
• Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)

1. Include the subject line: "Refund Request — Manthan Circle — [Your Name]"
2. We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and process it within 5–7 business days.

WHAT IS NOT REFUNDABLE

→ Payment gateway fees or charges (if applicable) → Convenience/booking fees → Taxes (GST), if separately charged → Cancellations made less than 3 working days before the event

NO-SHOW POLICY

If you register and do not attend the event without prior cancellation notice, no refund will be issued. Your seat will be considered forfeited.

If you know you cannot attend, please cancel at least 3 working days in advance to be eligible for a refund as per the policy above.

RESCHEDULING OR TRANSFERRING YOUR TICKET

If you cannot attend but want to transfer your ticket to someone else:
