Refund Policy

1. Donations are Generally Non-Refundable As a registered non-profit, all contributions made towards our missions (Feeding, Medical Aid, or Heritage Sewa) are treated as voluntary donations. These funds are immediately put to work to support our on-ground activities and, therefore, cannot be refunded once processed.

2. Exceptional Circumstances (Technical Errors) We will honor refund requests only in the following specific cases:

• Duplicate Transactions: If the same amount was debited twice due to a technical glitch.
• Unauthorized Use: If there is evidence that your card/account was used fraudulently.
• Error in Amount: If an extra zero was accidentally added (e.g., ₹10,000 instead of ₹1,000).

3. How to Request a Refund If you believe an error has occurred, please notify us within 7 days of the transaction:

• Details Required: Transaction ID, Date, Amount, and a screenshot of the payment confirmation.

4. Processing Timeline

• Once verified, the refund will be initiated back to your original payment source (Bank/UPI/Card).
• It usually takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

5. Note on Tax Receipts If a 10G/80G tax-exemption receipt has already been issued for the donation, the refund can only be processed after the original receipt is declared null and void in writing.
