TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE

1. Participation is open exclusively to JITO Chennai Plus members.
2. The tournament will consist of 16 franchise teams.
3. Each category will have 128 players. Any additional registrations will be waitlisted in order of registration and may be accommodated in case of withdrawals.
4. Applications with incorrect or invalid membership details will be rejected without exception.
5. Registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
6. Each team will play 3 league matches, followed by Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals, and Finals.
7. Player registration fee: ₹1,000 per player.
8. All players are required to attend all practice sessions and tournament matches. Non-compliance may result in disqualification from the next season.
9. This tournament is designed to foster bonding, sportsmanship, and fellowship; all participants are expected to compete in the true spirit of the game.

Refund Policy

• All ticket sales are final.
• No refunds will be issued.
• Refunds may only be granted if the organizer cancels the event.
