We will make a plan to change our bad habit such as sleeping late, waking up late, spending too much time for playing, game addicted,.. 

Start writing a time table of more healthier life: 

  1. Doing exercises 3 - 4 times per week.
  2. Eating before 7 p.m
  3. Spending only 1-2 hour for entertaining bitlife
  4. Learning a new subjects at least 2 hours per day. For example: You wanna learn  Spanish, you need to spend at least 2 hour per day for it to complete the goal in 3 months having nearly 700 new words.
