The event registration fee of ₹2,000 is refundable under the following terms:
- 100% Refund: Cancellation requests received by 15th March 2025.
- 50% Refund: Requests made between 16th March 2025 and 10th April 2025.
- No Refund: Requests made after 10th April 2025 or for no-shows.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Transaction fees are non-refundable. If the event is canceled or rescheduled by organizers, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
