After the successful First season of Udaan Nari Shakti Run, we are back with a new resolution for all to keep our society fitter, healthier, and clean.
Poonam Vishal Vidhate Presents “UDAAN NARI SHAKTI RUN 2.0” - Run for Women Empowerment.
“UDAAN NARI SHAKTI RUN” - Run for Women Empowerment event is a social initiative aimed at promoting gender equality and empowering women in society. This event brings all the women together to participate in a collective run, fostering a sense of unity and support for women's rights. Participants, regardless of gender, run to raise awareness about the challenges women face and to advocate for positive change. Through this event, the community strives to inspire and empower women, celebrating their achievements and contributions to society. The run serves as a platform to engage in meaningful conversations, break down stereotypes, and encourage inclusivity, ultimately creating a more equitable and empowered world for women.
The event is an initiative of Poonam Vishal Vidhate, a young, dynamic, and sports enthusiast who is a social worker (Aundh, Baner, Balewadi, Sus-Mahalunge) based in Pune City, Maharashtra, India.
The run is scheduled for 5th Jan 2025, Sunday in the Aundh-Baner Area, Pune. 7:00 Am onwards.
Running/walking categories - 3 km, 5 Km, and 10 Km
The Registered participants get a Dryfit T-shirt, a Finishers Medal, a Goody bag with goodies, post-run snacks, hydration support during the run on the route, Post run fun and entertainment experience, a Timing certificate, and a Mega Event experience.
Highlights of the event
1. Professionally and Affiliated Group of Organisers.
2. Registration is FREE of cost to all the Female participants.
3. The 3 km category is named “Saree Run” (interested women can run/Walk in a saree).
4. Exciting Cash and goodie prizes for the winners.
5. Lucky Draw and Best Costume Run Contest.
6. Entertainment for Kids Members who will accompany the female participants.
7. 5 & 10 Kms are Competitive which means all the participants get a Timing certificate and exciting prizes for the winners.
8. All the registered participants get - T-shirts, Goody Bags, Medal, Snacks, On route hydration and medical support, Post run entertainment activities, etc.
9. Promoting Education, Sports, Equal employment, and healthcare access to empower the women of our society.
10. Successfully organized season 1 by keeping participants satisfied, Society Fit, and City Clean.
