🅿️ Parking Policy

Guests arriving by car should inform the security guard at the building entrance that they are visiting Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre.

At the end of the event, eligible guests will receive a parking coupon from the event team, which can be used to avail complimentary parking as per the venue's parking arrangement.

Important: Parking outside the designated building/venue parking area is not the responsibility of Celebso or the event organizers. Celebso will not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft, challan, or other issue involving vehicles parked outside the designated parking facility.

Guests are requested to park only in the designated parking area.

Refund Policy

Tickets once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In case the event is cancelled or officially postponed by Celebso, eligible ticket holders will be provided with a refund or alternative arrangement as communicated by the event organizers.

Refunds will not be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or failure to attend the event.

By purchasing the ticket, attendees agree to the above refund policy.

If the event is cancelled by Celebso, all eligible ticket holders will receive a 100% refund of the ticket amount.

The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the cancellation is officially announced.
