Refund Policy

• All Ticket Sales are Final Tickets purchased for this event are strictly non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this policy. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

• Cancellations: In the rare event that The Sukoon Collective cancels the event entirely, a full refund (excluding platform booking fees) will be automatically issued to the original method of payment.
• Rescheduling: If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets will automatically remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued for rescheduled events if you are unable to attend the new date.

Ticket Transfers While tickets are non-refundable, they are transferable. If you can no longer attend, you may pass your ticket to a friend or family member. The new attendee must present the original digital ticket/QR code at the entry gate.

Right of Admission The organizers reserve the right of admission. Any attendee removed from the venue for violating event rules, causing a disturbance, or failing to comply with security protocols will not be eligible for a refund.
