Refund Policy

All payments made towards nominations, registrations, participation fees, ticket purchases, and any related services for events organized by Karnataka Traders Chamber of Commerce (KTCC) are strictly non‑refundable.

By making a payment, the participant, nominee, or attendee acknowledges and agrees that:

1. No refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to voluntary cancellation, non‑attendance, schedule changes, or any unforeseen events.
2. Fees paid are considered final and non‑reversible once the transaction is completed.
3. Transfer of fees to future events or transfer to another person/entity is not permitted unless expressly authorized in writing by KTCC.
4. KTCC reserves the right to make exceptions only in extraordinary circumstances at its sole discretion.
