Refund Policy

Green Yamuna Half Marathon – Refund Policy

Thank you for registering for the Green Yamuna Half Marathon. We are excited to host this event and appreciate your support in promoting fitness and environmental awareness. Please review our refund policy carefully before completing your registration.

1. General Policy

All registrations for the Green Yamuna Half Marathon are non-refundable once processed. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we offer limited exceptions as outlined below.

2. Cancellation by Participant

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

• Up to 30 days before the event: 50% refund of the registration fee.
• 15 to 29 days before the event: 25% refund of the registration fee.
• Less than 15 days before the event: No refund will be issued.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [your email address] with the subject line "Refund Request – Green Yamuna Half Marathon" and must include your full name and registration details.

3. Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the unlikely event that the marathon is cancelled or postponed due to extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events:

• Participants will be notified as early as possible.
• Organizers will provide the option to transfer registration to the rescheduled date, or offer a partial refund (up to 50%) depending on the circumstances and incurred costs.

4. Transfer of Registration

If you can no longer participate but wish to transfer your entry to another runner:

• Transfers are allowed up to 10 days before the event.
• A nominal transfer fee may apply.
• You must contact the organizers at [your email address] to initiate the process.

5. No-Show Policy

Participants who do not show up on race day without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund, transfer, or credit.
